By using any part of the service — including visiting the website, running simulations, or accessing live data feeds — you confirm you are at least 13 years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment of any applicable subscription fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Parker Physics App provides physics simulations and live data visualizations for educational and informational purposes only.
Live data feeds (solar wind, Kp index, X-ray flux, etc.) are sourced from third-party public APIs and are subject to gaps, delays, or inaccuracies. We make no guarantees about data availability or precision.
All original software, source code (including WebAssembly/Rust modules), user interface designs, branding, logos, and documentation are the intellectual property of Parker Physics App, protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.
Open-source components are used under their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.) and are acknowledged in our repository. The Parker Physics App codebase is available on GitHub under the applicable repository license.
NASA, NOAA, JPL, and ESA data and imagery remain the property of those respective agencies, subject to their public use policies. We do not claim ownership of any government-produced scientific data.
If you share simulation screenshots, parameter configurations, or other content in connection with our service (e.g., in community discussions or feedback forms), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content to improve and promote the service, with attribution where feasible. You retain ownership of your original contributions.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate this EULA, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your license to use the service immediately ceases. Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARKER PHYSICS APP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PARKER PHYSICS APP, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS EULA OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parker Physics App and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your violation of this EULA, your use of the service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this EULA shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in English. Class action waivers apply to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA. The current version is always available at parkerphysics.app/eula.
